Call for Artists, Performers, and Creators
A group of like-minded individuals seek to share joy, art, music, and food with the community in a COVID safe manner. Calling all creators and co-creators to submit to a curated outdoor event held on Oct 30, 2021. Event will take place at the beautiful Seattle Arboretum’s Wisteria Hall and the surrounding forest’s gravel walkways along a luminary-lighted path. This will be an outdoor event, vaccines and COVID safe masks required. Halloween + burning man inspired artisanal masks suggested. Deadline to apply is October 16.
Magi Mystics Devas
ISO artists and creators of all kinds. Proposals from painters, sculptors, photographers, and proposals for demos and live performances accepted through Oct. 16. We also invite mystics doing heart-centered services such as tarot, herbal wares (soaps, oils), crystal readings and bowls to join in the fun. Performers, interactive artists and poets? Send us your interactive proposals from mural painting to video mapping, and creative joyful happenings. Your commitment to share your talent and co-creating joy and reconnection with us is our top priority.
BENEFITS
No fee to apply or participate.
No commission taken on sales or tips.
Accepted participating artists will receive complimentary food and beverage tickets.

Accepted interactive performers/demos will receive a stipend of $150 each.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18+ to attend and participate.
Vendor display needs are their own responsibility, but a limited number of tents will be available. First come, first served.
Proof of vaccine is required for all artists, audience and staff at the event and mask policy required.

Oct. 16, 2021 Applications and proposals must be received by midnight. No exceptions.
Oct. 19, 2021 All creators notified of acceptance.
